I chose this article because I thought it would  be interesting. I think this would be useful to clothing stores if they sell things like leather or plastic, and the obvious, clothing. I wonder if after further research, they would come up with a way to do this on any substance.

On October 5, 2010, Scientists discovered a new way to make adhesive stronger so it can stick on leather and other slippery surfaces….. all thanks to the Gecko. Scientists had gotten the inspiration from the Gecko. For those of you who don’t know what a Gecko is, it is a scaly, slippery lizard. They are very good at sticking to things like glass. The scientists saw the Gecko clinging to the glass, and immediately got the idea on how to make the adhesive stronger. Younggang Huang was the first one to think of this project, and many scientists joined in. The key to sticking things on slippery surfaces is in the formation. The researchers had designed a stamp, which has four pyramid-shaped tips on the stamps bottom, one on each corner. “It is important to get the tip just right.” Huang said
